Description

The RV-320 RealVision 3D Plastic Through-Hull Split-Pair Transducer Pack, 20° is a matched port-and-starboard RealVision 3D through-hull transducer system for hulls that need a 20° tilted-element installation. The split pair keeps the sonar elements correctly oriented on a deadrise hull while providing Raymarine RealVision 3D, SideVision, DownVision and high-CHIRP sonar to compatible Axiom displays.

Installation Planning

The 20° element angle should be selected to match the vessel’s deadrise at the chosen mounting location. The plastic housings should only be used with compatible hull materials and installation practice. Correct fore-aft alignment, symmetrical placement and clean water flow are important because aerated or turbulent water can degrade sonar performance.

Compatibility

RealVision split-pair transducers connect to compatible Raymarine 25-pin RealVision sonar systems through the supplied Y-cable and extension cable. They are appropriate for compatible Axiom RealVision / Axiom+ RV / Axiom 2 RV and supported Axiom 2 Pro installations according to the display’s transducer compatibility documentation.
