OK, let's get this upfront right away... False Creek Fuels really IS a marine fuel barge located in the mouth of False Creek, right next to the Kitsilano Coast Guard station and the Burrard Civic Marina. But, they are also a genuine retail online source for all kinds of Marine hardware and supplies. It's their vast website parts listing where I surprisingly found some unique parts that were not available anywhere else I tried in Canada (and that includes the usual, retail online gi-A-nts). Obviously, the nature of their physical location precludes having a huge storefront or warehouse, but they proved to me, they have the power to source probably everything they list on their extensive website. Once I placed my order, they dispatched it within 24 hours! Communication by email was seamless. Being local, I chose to pickup my order at the Marina and save the shipping costs. They do offer that service as well as several shipping options at checkout. Many thanks to *Rachel* who happily guided me to the pickup location by phone, and thanks to everyone else at FCF for the outstanding service. These guys provide amazing service and great pricing! After many bad experiences at boat dealerships so happy to find a place that provide such great service. They also had hard to find items that I couldn't find elsewhere and shipping costs are very reasonable.
