AIRMAR DST800L 235 kHz Bronze Long-Stem NMEA 2000 Smart Triducer – DST800L-235-N2 combines depth, speed and water-temperature sensing in a single bronze thru-hull fitting. Designed specifically for thick-hulled vessels, wooden boats and installations requiring additional stem length, the DST800L uses Airmar’s Smart Sensor technology to process sensor data directly inside the transducer and transmit it to compatible NMEA 2000 displays and networks.

The DST800L operates at 235 kHz, helping avoid interference with many conventional fishfinder frequencies. Its wide 10° x 44° port-to-starboard beam is particularly useful on sailboats when heeled and on higher-deadrise hulls. The retractable insert can be removed for cleaning or servicing, while the bronze housing incorporates a water valve to help reduce water entry when the insert is removed. A supplied low-profile adapter ring can be used for installations up to 12° deadrise, while Airmar’s optional 33-409-01 High-Performance Fairing allows installation on hulls with up to 28° deadrise.
