Great news for boaters. The false creek fuel dock offers free motor oil pump out when you purchase oil and filter.
Prices are not inflated at all and the service was great.

As I was 5 hours away by the time I noticed it missing your kind staff rushed it over to the post office. The wallet appeared safe & sound in my mailbox a day later. Great service the morning after fireworks in English Bay. Very friendly & helpful. We fueled up and then Mike brought the holding tank pumpout hose to us at the fuel dock to save us re-positioning. Provided tips on holding tank servicing. Very positive experience, thanks!

During a recent gas fill up stop I was welcomed at the Dock by the False Creek Fuels Manager Enoch. He Was extremely pleasant and helpful. Upon arrival I was met on the dock, greeted then I was assisted in “tie-up” of my boat. A request to “turn off all electronics” was made (for safety/Spark reasons) and I was a briefed on how they would serve me under their Covid rules. The Fuel Dock has their own Covid -19 Processes they follow which is very impressive and caring for their staff and the Boating customers. When I was handed the fuel nozzle for filling I was first offered a choice of plastic bag or Spill pad/wipe to use as protection to avoid direct contact between my hand and the nozzle while filling. The nozzle was taken from me when I completed filling and I was told the charge would be put on my account. No hassle, super fast. Very professional and quick. All with little or no close physical interaction. I was then assisted in exiting the dock by the False creek staff and on my way in an extremely short period of time. Bravo for having Covid-19 protocol, and treating your great staff and your customers with the care they will appreciate!!! A pleasant , safe and efficient experience! Well done!
