It is designed for the mixed grime found in real bilges rather than acting as a simple perfumed detergent.

Directions
Remove free-standing oil or fuel with the appropriate absorbent and disposal method before washing. Apply Bilge Cleaner & Treatment to remaining grime, allow it to work, agitate if needed, then rinse or pump out only in accordance with local environmental rules. Do not intentionally discharge oily bilge water overboard.
