VERTEX 8 AWG Adhesive Heat-Shrink Butt Connectors, 50-Pack – 81918 is an adhesive heat-shrink butt splice for joining two conductors of the same wire-size range in a sealed marine electrical repair or installation.
After crimping, controlled heating shrinks the insulation and activates the adhesive lining around the conductor insulation, helping exclude moisture and contaminants while supporting the splice.
