PERKO Chrome-Cap 1-1/2 in. Vented Gas Deck Fill, Straight Neck – 541-DPG-CHR
This vented gasoline deck fill combines the fill and 5/8-inch tank-vent connections in one deck fitting. The straight neck suits the hose routing of the installation while the integral anti-surge valve helps control fuel spitback during refuelling.

- Bronze cap with chrome-plated finish, black polymer body and stainless-steel bead chain.
- Connects to 38.1 mm (1-1/2 in.) fill hose and 15.9 mm (5/8 in.) vent hose.
- Integral tank vent includes an anti-surge valve and flame arrestor.
- No separate grounding conductor is required for this bronze-cap/polymer-body design.
- Includes deck-plate key and O-ring; the retail package includes the recommended mounting ring.
- Replacement gas cap with O-ring and retainer: 0540DPG99A; replacement O-ring: 054000099B; key: 1247DP0BLK.
- Meets the cited USCG gasoline fuel-system requirements, but this legacy fill does not meet 40 CFR 1060 evaporative-emissions requirements.
