This compact medium-duty battery selector switch provides a durable master-control point for marine battery systems. Its ignition-protected construction permits installation in appropriate gasoline-engine spaces, while the high-capacity brass terminals support substantial starting and house loads.

- Ignition-protected marine battery switch for 6-32V DC electrical systems.
- Red polycarbonate housing with high-conductivity brass terminals and a large black rotary knob.
- Rated for 315A continuous service and 450A intermittent service.
- Uses 3/8 in. terminal studs sized to accept heavy battery cables and multiple cable lugs where properly installed.
- Designed for surface mounting and suitable for installation in gasoline-engine compartments when installed in accordance with applicable marine electrical standards.
- Four-position OFF-1-ALL-2 selector permits either battery bank or both banks to be connected.
- Make-before-break switching permits movement between 1, ALL and 2 while maintaining circuit continuity; do not rotate through OFF with an engine running unless the alternator system is protected as specified.
- Does not include alternator field-disconnect contacts.
- Four removable skirt panels provide cable access from multiple directions; optional trim ring 8511TRMRNG hides the mounting holes.
