GOBIUS SENSOR TECHNOLOGY Gobius C NMEA 2000 Black Tank Sensor – 970534 is an advanced external tank level sensor designed to integrate directly with NMEA 2000 marine networks. The sensor mounts on the outside top of the tank and uses micro radar technology to measure liquid levels without the need to install probes inside the tank.

The Gobius C NMEA 2000 sensor connects directly to a vessel’s NMEA 2000 network, allowing tank levels to be displayed on compatible multifunction displays, monitoring systems, and onboard networks. Installation is simple and non-invasive, as the sensor mounts to the top exterior surface of the tank and measures through the tank material.
Integrated sensors including a micro radar measurement system, temperature sensor, and accelerometer work together with built-in wave motion reduction software to maintain accurate readings even in rough conditions. The Gobius mobile app provides setup tools including a tank calculator that factors tank geometry to determine precise volume and percentage levels.
