ACTISENSE NMEA 2000 Smart Universal Micro Terminator – A2K-TER-U

The Actisense A2K-TER-U combines network termination with continuous bus-voltage indication. Supplied with blanking caps, it can be installed as a male terminator, female terminator or feed-through in-line terminator, making it especially useful in difficult-to-access locations.

• Universal design supports male, female and in-line termination arrangements
• Built-in voltage monitoring provides immediate feedback on NMEA 2000 bus power
• Green illumination indicates acceptable polarity and at least 9.0 V on the bus
• Red illumination indicates that bus voltage has fallen below the minimum threshold
• Visible illumination also helps confirm that the terminator is physically present

The smart terminator simplifies troubleshooting by making low voltage, missing power or reversed polarity easier to identify. A conventional NMEA 2000 backbone still requires exactly two termination resistors in total.
