The Victron Energy Orion XS 1400 is a compact, high-performance DC-DC battery charger designed for dual-battery systems charged by an alternator, including modern intelligent alternators. It can be used as a battery-to-battery charger or as a stable DC power supply, making it suitable for marine, RV, van, service vehicle, and off-grid electrical systems.
With a wide input and output voltage range, the Orion XS 1400 supports 12V, 24V, and mixed-voltage systems. Configurable input and output current limits allow the charger to be tailored to the alternator, battery bank, and wiring in the installation.
