Hi Mike. A couple of suggestions re Curbside Pickup:
1. My GPS for 1655 Whyte Ave did not take me to the correct physical location. Perhaps more description in the “ready for pickup” email, eg. Burrard Civic Marina parking lot east end.
2. Helpful if the “ready for pickup” email lists hours of business when p/u can be done.
3. Hugely wasteful packaging:
– cardboard box not needed
– plastic bag not needed
– shrink wrap of container is overkill (unless that is how this item is shipped to you).
It would have been acceptable to me if your staff member just handed me the product and sales receipt.

Thank you for your order and suggestions. We will update our notification system to reflect that! On the packaging end, those are valid points – we generally deliver our curbside orders in a paper bag; however in your case, it looks like our online order picker packaged it for shipping in error.
