PERKO Chrome-Plated Non-Vented Gas Deck Fill for 1-1/2 in. Hose – 1270-DPG-CHR

This non-vented deck fill provides a dedicated, labelled connection for gasoline fuel systems. The retained cap seals with an O-ring and is opened with the included deck-plate key.

Product Details

• Chrome-plated zinc-alloy body with a black polymer cap.
• Cap is marked for gasoline fuel service.
• Designed for 38.1 mm (1-1/2 in.) fill hose.
• Includes cap O-ring and integral cap retainer.
• Includes a deck-plate key; the cap has a slot between the key holes.
• Non-vented design requires the vessel system to provide the appropriate separate venting arrangement.
• Replacement cap with O-ring and retainer: 1270DPG99A.
• Replacement O-rings are available as PERKO 0513DP8; replacement deck-plate key is 12487-8DP.
• A bonding/ground wire is required for gasoline installation.
• This legacy gasoline fill meets the referenced 1977 USCG gasoline-fuel-system requirements but does not meet current 40 CFR 1060 Subpart B evaporative-emissions requirements; it is not an EPA-compliant replacement for a VPR fill.
