The GARMIN GPSMAP 9217 is a 17-inch premium network chartplotter built for integrated multi-station helms. It combines a 4K touchscreen, Garmin Navionics+ chart coverage, fast multi-band GNSS positioning and Garmin BlueNet gigabit networking; this non-xsv version omits an internal sounder and uses network sonar support through compatible Garmin sounder modules and networked xsv displays.

Installation planning

Sonar installations also require the correct transducer connector, power rating, frequency range and mounting style.
