The Maretron SSC300-01 Solid State Rate/Gyro Compass is a high-accuracy marine heading sensor designed for demanding navigation and control applications. Using a 3-axis magnetometer, 3-axis rate gyro, and 3-axis accelerometer with advanced digital filtering, the SSC300 delivers stable heading and vessel attitude data even during hard turns, rough seas, and other dynamic operating conditions.

The SSC300 outputs reliable heading information ten times per second, along with pitch and roll readings once per second. It connects directly to an NMEA 2000 network and can also communicate with NMEA 0183 equipment when used with the optional Maretron NMEA 0183 connection cable. This makes it a strong choice for autopilots, radar overlay, navigation software, chartplotters, dedicated displays, and integrated vessel monitoring systems.
