BEP Ultrasonic Tank Sensor – TS-1
The BEP TS-1 is an advanced ultrasonic tank sender designed to deliver stable, accurate level readings without moving parts. It mounts to a standard SAE 5-hole pattern and can be programmed to match your tank depth and shape (linear or non-linear) for improved accuracy across the full range.
- Ultrasonic (acoustic) level measurement with no float arm to bind or wear
- Works with fuel (petrol/gasoline or diesel), fresh water, grey water, and black water tanks

- Minimum tank depth: 200 mm (not suitable for shallower tanks)
- Maximum tank depth: up to 2000 mm (petrol/gasoline tanks up to 1100 mm)

- Gauge outputs supported: 10–180 ohm, 300–10 ohm, 240–33 ohm, and 0–5 V (model/config dependent)

- Includes: gasket and washers (mounting screws may vary by kit/supplier)
Installation Notes
- Mount at the deepest point of the tank and keep the sender face parallel to the liquid surface
- Keep clearance from tank sides/baffles/intrusions (do not mount too close)
- Ensure the acoustic protrusion does not touch the tank or sealant
- For best accuracy, confirm the TS-1 is calibrated to your tank shape, depth, and fluid type (TS1-PK programming kit used for setup)
