VERTEX 8 AWG To 12-10 AWG AWG Adhesive Heat-Shrink Step-Down Butt Connectors, 50-Pack – 81487 is an adhesive heat-shrink step-down butt connector for transitioning between two different marine wire-size ranges without forcing unlike conductors into a conventional same-size splice.
The heat-shrink sleeve and adhesive lining seal the connection after crimping and heating, while the stepped barrel sizing maintains an appropriate crimp on each side of the transition.
