The Tides Marine URB-LP low-profile upper rudder bearing fits a 1-1/2″ rudder stock and uses a self-aligning UHMW ball bearing to provide smooth, quiet, maintenance-free steering.

• Low-profile through-shelf design keeps steering components close to the rudder shelf
• Self-aligning bearing accommodates up to 10 degrees of off-axis alignment
• UHMW ball and housing eliminate metal-to-metal abrasion and electrolytic corrosion
• Flat bearing surface accepts a rudder collar and carries rudder download
• ABS- and Lloyds-approved design is self-lubricating and maintenance free

Measure the rudder stock to the required precision and verify shelf clearances, flange size and steering-component height before ordering. A correctly sized rudder collar is required to transfer rudder download to the bearing.
