SIERRA GM Inline 4/6 Mechanical Marine Fuel Pump – 18-7278 is an engine-driven marine fuel pump for GM inline 4- and 6-cylinder 153, 181, 224, 225 and 250 CID marine engines used by MerCruiser, OMC, Chris-Craft, Indmar and Marine Power. It is application-specific, so the engine family, original pump number and mounting-flange configuration should be matched before installation.
