Sierra 18-2622 is a Bell housing / shift shaft bushing kit engineered for the specified marine application. MerCruiser MC-I, R, MR, Alpha One and early Alpha One Gen II applications through serial 0F094774 using OEM bushing kit 23-805041A2 / 23-79373A1.
