Sierra 18-2154 is the shift-shaft housing bushing used in numerous MerCruiser Alpha-era drive assemblies. It supports and locates the shift shaft and crosses to Mercury/MerCruiser 23-30617A1, 23-30617A2 and later 23-8M0112749.
