The Sierra 10 Micron Short Fuel Filter – 18-7944 is a replacement for Mercury 35-802893Q and Yamaha ABA-FUELF-IL-TR, amongst others. The 18-7944 size is 3.875″ or 98.4mm, has a 10 micron rating, rated to 90 GPH, and a thread pitch of 11/16-16. Proper filtration is required for every horsepower engine. Sierra’s 10 micron filters are over 90% efficient at removing particles as small as 10 micron.
