The Dometic SeaStar SS14110 is a 10 ft back mount rack steering kit for mechanical steering installations on outboard and power-assisted stern drive boats. The back-mount rack layout is designed for a precise steering feel and is commonly used as a replacement for SeaStar Solutions / Teleflex “The Rack” style systems without requiring dash modification when the existing system uses the same back-mount rack pattern.

This steering kit format uses rack-and-pinion mechanical steering for consistent helm response. It is intended for boats using compatible rack steering cable geometry and a standard marine steering wheel.
