DOMETIC SEASTAR Helm Service Kit – HP6032

The Dometic SeaStar HP6032 Helm Service Kit is used to service the face seal area on many BayStar and SeaStar hydraulic helm pumps.

It is intended for maintenance where fluid leakage appears at the helm shaft or face plate area. The kit supports replacement of the key sealing components while retaining the existing helm body.

The manufacturer’s service procedure notes that the steering wheel and top plate are removed, the quad ring seal is replaced, and the system must be filled and purged after service.

• Broad SeaStar/BayStar application: Used with many BayStar and SeaStar helm pumps, with listed exceptions.
