Dometic SeaStar HA5731 is an 18 inch cylinder hose kit for single-cylinder SeaStar hydraulic steering applications. It is used where steering systems installed with copper tubing require flexible hose sections at the cylinder to accommodate slight cylinder movement.
The hose kit is supplied with 1/2 inch swivel flare nuts on each end, allowing the cylinder connection to flex as the steering system operates. This helps prevent rigid copper tubing from being stressed by cylinder movement.
