The SEA-DOG 316 Stainless Steel 30° Round Rail Base for 7/8 in Tubing anchors 7/8 in handrail tubing to a deck or other flat mounting surface at a fixed 30° angle. Its round base distributes the mounting load and the tube socket is secured with set screws after the rail is aligned.
