The SEA-DOG 10-inch hot-dip galvanized open-base cleat is a traditional two-bolt tie-off for smaller recreational boats and docks. Its cast-iron body is galvanized for corrosion resistance, and the open centre leaves room to wrap and remove dock or mooring lines.
