The SEA-DOG 222823-1 is an adjustable ball catch for cabinet doors, locker doors, and similar interior panels. Its spring-loaded stainless steel ball engages the strike plate to hold the door shut while allowing repeated opening without the stud rubbing directly against the panel surface.
