The SEA-DOG 8-1/2-inch Pull-Up Cleat recesses into the deck for a flush appearance, then lifts into position for securing dock or mooring lines. Its hidden stud-mounted body accepts an optional backing plate and drain fitting for a properly supported, drained installation.
