PSS Shaft Seal 1″ Shaft / 2″ Tube Maintenance Kit – 07-100-200R

Keep your PSS dripless shaft seal running smooth and watertight with the correct replacement parts for scheduled service.
This maintenance kit is sized for a 1″ prop shaft and a 2″–2-1/8″ stern tube OD, and is intended for routine bellows replacement and hardware refresh.

• Correct fit for 1″ shaft PSS shaft seals with 2″–2-1/8″ tube
• Ideal for preventative maintenance and bellows replacement intervals
• Includes new set screws (recommended when removed/adjusted)
• Refreshes critical sealing components to help prevent leaks from aging rubber/hardware

PSS recommends regularly inspecting the bellows for wear, aging, or chemical deterioration, and replacing the bellows on a periodic schedule.
During service, it’s also recommended to replace the O-rings, set screws, and clamps—this kit bundles those commonly replaced items.
