The PERKO FlushPro valve creates a convenient freshwater connection in an inboard engine or generator raw-water cooling hose. Internal check valves respond to garden-hose pressure so the system can draw flushing water without disconnecting the normal intake plumbing.

Product Details

• Inline valve sized for 1 in. cooling-water hose.
• Transparent polycarbonate body allows visual confirmation of water flow and inspection of the internal valve condition.
• Stainless-steel spring and dual check-valve system are activated by pressure from a connected garden hose.
• When freshwater pressure is applied, the main check valve closes the hull-intake side and directs flushing water toward the engine.
• The removable cap exposes a standard garden-hose connection for routine flushing.
• Can be used with onboard generators as well as compatible inboard-engine cooling systems.
• The valve can support winterizing when used with the appropriate antifreeze pickup fitting and procedure; this listing is for the valve, not the complete Figure 0457 hose kit.
• Install with flow direction correct, fully support the hose and valve, tighten both supplied clamps evenly and inspect for leaks before operation.
