The Dometic SeaStar HA4642 BayStar pivot plate is a replacement steering-cylinder plate used with BayStar compact outboard cylinder HC4648H. It is intended for specific outboard applications where the correct pivot geometry is required to mount and align the cylinder properly at the engine.
