ACTISENSE W2K-2 NMEA 2000 to Wi-Fi Gateway and Data Logger – W2K-2

The Actisense W2K-2 brings NMEA 2000 vessel data to phones, tablets and computers over Wi-Fi. It can convert supported NMEA 2000 messages to and from NMEA 0183 data streams, operate as an access point and network client, and record network traffic for voyage analysis or troubleshooting.

• Streams NMEA 2000 data over Wi-Fi and converts supported data to/from NMEA 0183
• Supports TCP and UDP through as many as three independently configured data servers

• Acts as a Wi-Fi access point and client at the same time for flexible onboard networking

The W2K-2 is well suited to navigation apps, secondary wireless displays, voyage logging and NMEA 2000 network diagnostics. App compatibility depends on the data protocol and sentence/PGN support configured in both the gateway and the receiving software.
