HGE 8561 is a direct-replacement exhaust elbow / coolant reservoir assembly for the MerCruiser 224 CID inline-4 3.7L / 470 engine family, including 165, 170, 180, 190, 470 and 3.7L models. It replaces MerCruiser 98562A6 and crosses to Sierra 18-1937 and Mallory 9-40551. The HGE catalog specifies that the elbow is supplied with its dedicated HGE 8561-MK mounting kit.
