The Tie Down 10″ and 12″ Eliminator Disc Brakes with Vented Rotor and Aluminum Caliper feature a durable construction designed to enhance braking performance and longevity. The caliper, crafted from all aluminum and 380 series alloy, dissipates heat five times faster than traditional cast iron calipers, ensuring optimal brake function. A black E-Coat finish safeguards the caliper against salt crystallization, prolonging its lifespan. Equipped with stainless steel bleeder valves and a brass brake line connector, these brakes offer superior corrosion resistance. Oil impregnated bronze slider pin bushings and a bi-metal piston contribute to smooth operation and durability. Additionally, the brake pads come with GalvX coated backing plates, minimizing corrosion-prone areas. Notably, these brakes replace all calipers stamped with P/N 46304 and 46300 on Bullfrog Disc brake Venture Trailers.
