AWLGRIP Fast Reducer And Cleaner – T0002-GAL.

T0002 is Awlgrip’s fastest non-VOC reducer. Use T0002 to reduce the viscosity of Awlgrip® Topcoats and improve flow and leveling when application and cure temperatures are between 55 to 70°F and at temperatures above 85°F.

• Add T0002 at up to 25% of the total volume of the mixed color base and converter
• The mix ratio for gloss finishes would be 1:1:1/2 by volume. At higher temperatures T0002 may be added at up to 40% of the mixed color base and converter to overcome faster evaporation rates at higher temperatures
• Note: This reducer may also be used to reduce Awlcraft® 2000. Mix ratio would be 2:1:3/4 – 2:1:1 by volume Use T0002 in Awlgrip/Awlcraft 2000/Awlcraft SE Topcoats when application and cure temperatures are between 55-70°F (13-21°C). At 55-70°F (13-21°C), T0002 will keep the paint film open but evaporate fast enough to provide adequate dry and dust-free times. T0002 is also an excellent gun and equipment. T0002 can also be used in conjunction with T0005 at higher temperatures (> 90°F/32°C) to combat solvent popping. Use T0002 as the reducer for topcoats flattened with G3013 Flattening Agent and G2002 Awlgrip Flat Black for best finish development.
