Ancor brand heat shrink butt connectors are tinned for corrosion resistance, are pure copper for maximum current flow, have brazed seams for maximum strength and a nylon insulator to resist U.V., water, oil, chemicals, vibration, and cut through. Cross linked polyolefin tubing is much stronger than PVC tubing and shrinks at 257°F \ 125°C, to 1/3 original size.
