303 Fabric Guard Usage Directions:
Product liquid and spray are flammable, keep product and treated article (until dry) away from heat, sparks or open flames. Do not smoke when applying 303® Fabric Guard. Spray until evenly wet, overlapping sprayed areas.
NOTE: Reduced coverage when applied with paint roller or brush. Apply to fabric above 70°F/21°C. (For quicker drying/curing and best results, apply in full sun.) Treated material must be protected from rain/dew until completely cured. CURING: 12-24 hours dependent on temperature. If these steps are performed correctly, the material will be water repellent at this point. 303® Fabric Guard will need reapplication depending on fabric exposure to sunlight and weather conditions; pour water on fabric to determine need to retreat fabric. COVERAGE: 40-75 sq. ft. (30 x 60cm) depending on material and application method.

WHAT SURFACES CAN 303 FABRIC GUARD BE USED ON?
303® Fabric Guard can be used on all types of fabrics, including natural fibers & synthetics. Great for use on your outdoor pillows and cushions, fabric awnings or canopies, umbrellas, Bimini boat tops, as well as fabric convertible tops and more!
HOW DO I USE 303 FABRIC GUARD?
Use only on newly, cleaned, dry fabrics. For best results, treat fabrics in warm weather, of at least 70 degrees or warmer. In a well-ventilated area, apply 303® Fabric Guard on fabric until damp, overlapping in a crisscross pattern. Do not saturate. Let dry for 6-12 hours in a clean, dry environment before using or storing.
HOW MANY SQUARE FEET WILL A BOTTLE OF FABRIC GUARD COVER?
On average a 16oz. bottle treats 40-75 sq. ft. feet.
I ACCIDENTALLY GOT FABRIC GUARD ON GLASS OR PLASTIC, HOW DO I REMOVE FROM THE SURFACE?
We recommend over-the-counter rubbing alcohol, dish soap and water to help remove from the unwanted surface.
WILL THIS PROVIDE UV PROTECTION?
While 303 Fabric Guard does not provide UV protection directly, it protects the original UV resistance of outdoor fabrics by adding a layer of water repellency and stain resistance, which helps prolong the life of the fabric.
CAN I USE THIS ON THE INTERIOR FABRICS OF MY HOUSE AND VEHICLE?
No, this is only recommended for outdoor fabrics. Instead we would recommend 303 Stain Guard for interior fabrics.
DOES ROLLING 303 FABRIC GUARD ON WITH A FOAM PAINT ROLLER WORK?
We recommend using the sprayer provided with the bottle of 303 Fabric Guard because a paint roller has a tendency to yield mixed results. When applying with a roller, it is possible to lay the product on inconsistently and unevenly.
IS 303 FABRIC GUARD FLAMMABLE?
In it’s liquid form, yes. We recommend keeping the product away from flames or hot surfaces. However, once the product has been applied and cured (fully dried), it will not affect the fire resistance of the fabric, nor make it more flammable.
