SIERRA 62-Micron Fuel Pump Filter – 18-7860 is a 62-micron cartridge-style fuel filter for older AC-style marine mechanical fuel pumps used on inline four- and six-cylinder engines.

The element installs in fuel pumps that use a filter canister on top of the pump. Its compact cartridge form is not interchangeable with spin-on fuel/water-separator elements, so the pump and OEM filter number should be matched before ordering.
