Description
FuelCATCH – Stop Fuel Spills at the Fuel Dock!
Stop diesel “burps” and vent drips for good. FuelCATCH is a smart, easy-to-use vent overflow catcher. The fuel vent overflow catcher by FuelCATCH prevents messy diesel burps and fuel drips during refueling. It attaches over your boat’s fuel vent and captures any diesel that pushes out while you fuel. When you’re done, pour it back into the tank. Rinse, cap, and store. Clean deck, clean water, clear conscience.
- Universal fit – Works on boats with a separate fuel vent.
- Fast setup – Suction cups attach in seconds. No tools. No drilling.
- Fuel recovery – Catches overflow so nothing is lost or spilled.
- Spill control – Prevents stains, messy cleanups, and fines.
- Built to last – Made in the USA and tested by real boaters.
Why You’ll Love This Fuel Vent Overflow Catcher
Fuelling should be simple and clean. Fuel CATCH catches overflow at the vent, so your deck stays tidy and your hull stays clear of diesel stains. It is compact, affordable, and reusable. A practical choice for boaters who care about safety and the environment. This reusable fuel vent overflow catcher keeps decks clean and waterways protected.
Diesel systems only. Not recommended for gasoline.
Materials & Mounting
The suction cups use rugged, weather-resistant silicone. They grip on vertical or horizontal surfaces around the fuel vent. To mount: wipe the area clean, align the window over the vent, press to seal, then give a light tug to confirm contact. Fuel as usual—overflow collects neatly in the bottle.
After You Fuel
Remove FuelCATCH, pour the captured diesel back into the tank or an approved container, and wipe the hull with an absorbent rag. Rinse the unit and let it air-dry. The UV- and diesel-resistant design is made for repeat use on working and recreational boats. Stows easily in a dock box or onboard storage.
How to Use (Easy 1-2-3)
- Prep: Clean around the vent and loosen or remove the vent cap.
- Attach: Align over the vent, press the suction cups, and check the seal. Clip the lanyard to a rail or cleat.
- Fuel: Begin fuelling. FuelCATCH captures any diesel overflow.
- Recover: Peel off the cups and pour the captured fuel back into the tank.
- Clean: Wipe the hull, rinse the unit, and let it dry.
Safe Refuelling Tips
- Follow posted rules and your fuel-dock attendant’s instructions.
- Keep an absorbent rag handy for any fill-port splashback.
- Always keep a hand on the nozzle. Do not use hold-open devices.
- Know your tank capacity and how much fuel you need.
- Match fuelling speed to your boat’s system to avoid spills.
- Listen as you fill—the sound usually changes as the tank nears full.
- Do not top off to 100%. Fuel can expand and vent after you leave.
