SIERRA 10-Micron Fuel/Water Separator Kit with 1/4 in Aluminum Head – 18-7982-1 is a complete gasoline fuel/water-separator kit built around a 1/4-inch NPT aluminum mounting head and Sierra 18-7945 tall 10-micron filter. It is a universal-style installation solution for outboard, inboard and sterndrive gasoline fuel systems where the port size and flow capacity are appropriate.

The kit flows up to 90 GPH and Sierra rates the filter media to remove more than 99% of emulsified water while providing high efficiency at the 10-micron particle size. It includes the mounting bracket and pipe plugs, making it suitable for adding a dedicated separator to a fuel line rather than only replacing an existing filter element.
