Description
SIERRA 50A Power Tilt Fuse for OMC/Johnson/Evinrude – 18-6950 is a 50A circuit-protection fuse used in compatible OMC/Johnson/Evinrude power tilt electrical systems. The fuse protects the high-current trim circuit against excessive current and should be replaced only after the cause of a blown fuse has been checked.
Use the same 50A rating and OEM-style fitment as the original fuse. Installing a higher-rated fuse can defeat circuit protection, while repeated fuse failure indicates an electrical or motor/pump fault that should be diagnosed.
