SAMSON Amsteel Gry Sk-60 Dyneema – 870-GY-3/8″.

100% AmSteel Fiber 12-Strand Singe Braid with Samthane Coating Available in sizes 7/64″ to 5/16″ diameter.
Spectron 12 yields one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios available.
It is stronger than steel, floats, and will not absorb water.
Applications are many, from tapered sheets, halyards and even running backstays! Spectron 12 is very slippery and will not hold well around cleats, stoppers, and winches.
Apply a polyester cover material to the area of the rope where it needs to be winches or cleated, and lock-stitch the cover to the core.
